The Fitness Zone keeps me sane. I joined about 18 months ago I guess. For various reasons I stopped going but started back in July this year just after I was made redundant. At a time when the world is spinning around me I can find time to be myself in a safe place. The Fitness 30 classes are great… showing you different ways to use the machines. I never thought I would say I enjoy spin… but bizarrely I do. No show off members, just those who like a laugh and want to keep fit. The staff are fab… from Johnny “Mr motivator” to Dan ” the chatterbox”. All of them will get you achieving what you want to achieve and beyond. They all push you in their own special way and it works. I am currently going 3 or 4 days a week and I plan on keeping it that way when I am back at work. Thanks guys for giving me my sanity!
